Portable PEMF — therapeutic field, wearable form factor
StemPulse & MultiPulse: clinical-grade PEMF you can wear all day
The StemPulse (Micro-Pulse ICES A9 platform) and MultiPulse (ICES M1 platform) are two portable pulsed electromagnetic field devices that deliver roughly 200 gauss of therapeutic field — enough to matter biologically — in a wearable form factor small and quiet enough to leave running for hours. Choose from single loop coils, dual-coil placement, or the compact Box Coil Array applicator, depending on the area you’re treating.

StemPulse Complete Set
$534
The portable PEMF entry point, built on the Micro-Pulse ICES A9 platform. Runs on AC power (included), delivers the same signal architecture as the pro unit, drives the Box Coil applicator.

MultiPulse Complete Set
$717
The clinician’s portable, built on the Micro-Pulse ICES M1 platform. 6th-generation ICES technology, wearable form factor, AC power (included), and the same Box Coil applicator ready to go.
Same 200-gauss field. Three ways to apply it.
The StemPulse and MultiPulse are the units that generate the pulse. The applicator is what shapes and delivers the field into your tissue. Same signal, three different geometries — pick the one that fits what you’re treating.

One coil on the target for focused treatment. Or two coils on opposite sides of the area to sandwich it in the field — knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, spine segments.

Neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee — the same coils reposition anywhere on the body. Comfortable enough to wear under clothes and sleep on.

Four coils arranged in a 2×2 grid — concentrates the field over a broader area. Good for larger regions or for placing under bedding to run overnight sessions.
Why portable, wearable PEMF beats desktop machines for healing
Most PEMF marketing focuses on peak intensity — how many gauss the pulse can hit at maximum. That number sells machines. It doesn’t heal tissue.
What actually heals tissue is a different equation altogether. And it’s the one thing the StemPulse and MultiPulse are engineered to deliver, whatever applicator you drive with them:
A meaningful pulse × time on target = real healing
The StemPulse or MultiPulse delivers roughly 200 gauss of usable field at the applicator — enough to matter biologically — and because the whole system is portable, low-heat, and quiet, you can leave it on the target area for hours. Not 20 minutes. Not one session. Up to 24 hours a day.
That’s the trick. That’s what the big desktop machines can’t do, and what the wearable pads with sub-clinical field strength can’t match. The StemPulse and MultiPulse sit in the sweet spot — enough field strength to be therapeutic, low enough profile to wear all day and sleep on all night, and flexible enough to use single coils, dual coils, or the Box Coil Array based on what you’re treating.
Peer-reviewed proof: the New Zealand White Rabbit fracture studies
For thirty years, orthopedic researchers have been using rabbits to prove exactly what we’re describing: time on target is the variable that drives PEMF healing. Two studies stand out.
Inoue et al., 2000: PEMF cut healing time in half
Published in the Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma, this study used New Zealand White rabbits with 1-millimeter tibial osteotomies (a surgically created bone gap). The researchers split them into three groups:
30 minutes of PEMF per day: reached normal bone strength in 21 days.
60 minutes of PEMF per day: reached normal bone strength in 14 days — half the time of the untreated group.
“Low-frequency, low-amplitude PEMF significantly accelerated callus formation and osteotomy healing in a dose-dependent manner,” the authors concluded. Translation: the more time on target, the faster the healing. Read the study on PubMed.

Midura et al.: the six-hour threshold
A follow-up study (111 New Zealand White rabbits, same osteotomy model) tested even longer daily exposure: 30 minutes vs. 3 hours vs. 6 hours per day.

This is why the Box Coil format matters. The desktop machines can’t give you six hours a day — they’re too big, they need supervision, they cost too much to run. The StemPulse/MultiPulse with a Box Coil can.
A cat, a closet, and what the Box Coil quietly did overnight

A story from the founder
Casey was my female cat, born in my closet in 2003. She was an indoor cat her whole life, ate quality kibble every day, and by 17 she had gotten to the point where she was throwing up her food every single day.
A few weeks earlier, while doing more research on the PEMF devices I sell, I had come across a scientific paper about a man who normalized the kidney function of an elderly cat using nothing but Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field therapy. That paper had stuck in my head.
So I put a coil on Casey and started treating her.
After the first few sessions, the vomiting slowed. In the next two weeks she threw up only twice — from once a day to once a week. The two weeks after that, she threw up exactly zero times. She was, for all practical purposes, cured.
Casey figured out on her own that the coil was what made her feel better. From that day forward she slept directly on it, every night.
Casey is gone now — she had a good long life. But those last stretches of it were quiet, comfortable, and vomit-free, because I finally listened to what the science was telling me: her body was starved for magnetism, and the PEMF unit was giving it back.

The strongest cost-of-ownership story in PEMF.

Meet Ruca. My StemPulse ran on her dog bed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for five straight years. Never turned off. Not once.
One morning the status light started flashing red instead of green — the number-one sign of internal failure on these units. I boxed it up, shipped it back to the manufacturer on the East Coast, paid roughly $100 for their update-and-refurb service, and got back what was essentially a brand-new system. Latest firmware, fresh internals, factory-tested. Ready to run for another five years.
If it had only been used in daily sessions instead of running continuously, it likely would have lasted a decade or longer before needing anything. Turn it off between sessions and there’s a real argument it may never need service at all.
That’s what “best value in PEMF” actually means. You buy it once at $429 (or $534 for the Complete Set with 9V AC adapter and Box Coil Array). If it ever needs attention years down the road, the manufacturer takes it back for the price of a nice dinner and returns it as-new. Try finding that in any other PEMF product category — portable, wearable, or full-body mat. It does not exist.
Pick your unit. That’s the only real decision.
Every StemPulse and MultiPulse ships with the AC adapter as standard — batteries drain too quickly to use these units seriously without wall power. The only real choice: do you want the Box Coil applicator included from day one?

The science behind the pulse
The StemPulse and MultiPulse were developed from American research programs that trace back to NASA-funded work on cellular repair in the 1990s. The signal architecture — ICES (Inductively Coupled Electrical Stimulation), now in its 6th generation across the current ICES A9 (StemPulse) and ICES M1 (MultiPulse) platforms — was engineered specifically to deliver the low-amplitude, low-frequency pulse profile that the rabbit studies and the broader peer-reviewed literature have shown to be biologically active.
